[INTRO] Hi! My name is Mega (also know as Laek) and I'm an amateur indie game developer who is currently creating small erotic games for a mature audience. Currently my games are done using mostly pixel art, in great part because I love the visual style of the 8 and 16-bit era of video games, but also because these graphics are relatively easier to create. The adult content in my games tends to lean heavily towards niche erotic content, rather than just the more common vanilla depictions, so please be aware of exquisite fetishes and content when perusing my creations and manage your expectations accordingly, depending on your personal preferences and tastes. [ABOUT ME] My game dev story begins around mid 2017 when, literally on a whim, I decided to learn about (and dive into) indie game development. Long story short, by mid 2018 I had released my first game called Pixie Panic Garden, an action-puzzle game inspired by a certain iconic game series. It was such a fun experience creating that little game, and it had such a surprising positive reception from fans that it just naturally became my main hobby and became a thing that I find great pleasure in doing, have been doing since that day, and hope to continue to do so forever. Mystic Knight Maya is a 2D action platformer that will have some lite metroidvania elements, such as free player movement and non-linear exploration, challenging combat and special skills, an inventory system, stats upgrades, interesting dialogue and story, secrets to discover, etc. The main gameplay has the player exploring a mysterious island by controlling the main character named Maya. The player will help Maya to overcome all of the challenges that the island and it's inhabitants may throw at her, so as to make her not succumb to its perils and ultimately win the game by solving the island's mystery and escaping safe and sound. In the same vein as with my previous game, MKM will have mature/erotic content in the form of pixel art animations depicting a wide range of situations and fetishes that our brave female protagonist might partake in. It will be down to each player's choice (and by extension Maya's choice) to consensual engage in those scenarios if they so desire, or even disable them entirely as well for an easier gameplay and more classic 2D platforming experience.
