Getting into the flow of this now. I make a few things each month. Lately it's been more to get the ball rolling uphill. This page is entirely designed to ensure that we have a more artful experience in our role playing games. When I was getting into tabletops and LARPs, I noticed that an overwhelming majority of the artwork available was dedicated to Dungeons and Dragons, understandably. Far less actual art was dedicated to modern day LARPs and tabletop games. I saw this as an issue, considering I have a penchant for glowing things. I also make a bunch of sketches ($5 Sketch-A-Tier), pretty monsters and creatures ($10 Looter), item cards (also $10 Looter), and character designs ($15 Final Boss). Promising even just $1 a month helps me take care of bills and other things I have to do so I can continue making awesome art for everyone. ********************************** The year is 2019, the trees are bare and the wind feels like someone thought mixing ghost chili peppers with mentos was a good idea. It's the north, and just about every sane person here has tin foil wrapped around their windows as if an alien invasion was about to happen. Not my boyfriend from Georgia. No t-shirt, over six foot tall, barely 190lbs, and no socks. He sits by the open window, non-challantly talking with his friends over discord while I shiver in three layers of clothing, taking my inspiration for these miserable characters from the fact that life doesn't make sense and is totally unfair. My pencils are nubs. I've reheated the coffee twice. It's midnight, but I feel the need to finish the artwork I have started, so I can't sleep. I'm supposed to be up for work in 8 hours. But that's life, right? Beautiful and ugly. Hot and cold (even when it doesn't make sense). And I hope that with every character design, every pretty item, I can share my views in a way that lasts and is entertaining.
